How to build a 360 training band, Thomas the train

The 360 Training Band is the first of its kind.

It’s a 360-degree device that lets you use a phone to track your progress on a treadmill.

It uses the motion of your feet to make your step count and record your heart rate and pace.

The band is the brainchild of Thomas, a former Australian cyclist who’s now based in Melbourne, Australia.

Thomas, who is from New Zealand, says he’s a great believer in using technology to help people get the most out of exercise.

But he’s also concerned about how that technology could lead to unnecessary heart attacks.

“There are a lot of heart attacks that occur when people are just sitting in a gym and just do the same stuff over and over again and it’s just not safe,” Thomas said.

“You know, the training is actually going to be worse because the device is going to increase the amount of time you’re sitting.”

Thomas said he and his team have developed a device that’s designed to be portable and that it can be used to track a person’s step count.

“It’s the best way for us to be able to track our progress,” Thomas explained.

“If you’re going to sit in a chair, you want to be comfortable, you’re not going to want to sit on your stomach or on your back because you’re already sitting in the chair.”

Thomas says the device can be set up with an iPhone app that lets users download the app and then track the steps a person takes while on the treadmill.

The app will also automatically upload the data to a cloud service.

“It’s a lot more convenient to do that, especially when you’re on the go and you don’t have a gym to go to,” Thomas added.

Thomas is working on a similar device called the Heart Rate Monitor.

But this device is more about tracking the activity and the data that the device collects than tracking your steps.

“We don’t want it to be just the device, we want it be a tool that you can use to help you be more efficient at exercising,” Thomas told ABC News.

Thomas said it’s not just about helping you get the best results.

“I’m also going to help those people who are not doing so well because they’re not exercising at a sustainable level,” he said.

The device can track a treadmill and track your steps along with the data it collects.

“When you look at it like a treadmill, you don of course have a GPS in there, but it’s all in real-time, you can see your steps, your heart, your fitness and your fitness level,” Thomas noted.

“This is going straight from the data streams that the app collects.”

Thomas has started working on another device called The Train Bar that he hopes will be ready in 2019.

He says he believes the 360 Training Bar is the next step in the development of a device with a wider audience, because it’s more portable and more customizable.

“As the number of people who need to move around, it’s going to make a lot less sense to have one device that can be worn on your person,” Thomas concluded.
